Our offering is not just about what the children eat but also how they eat. Our menu is only one part of the offering. How do we maximize this within the framework of the early years setting?
This is where our key focus on child psychology comes in.
We have developed a comprehensive food program for our nursery clients. This means food is ingrained into the curriculum, and the children in the nursery learn about healthy food before, during, and after mealtime.
This program is developed in close partnership with all our stakeholders: the nursery administration, teachers and parents – with the child at the centre of it all.
Nursery Administration:
We partner with nurseries that show a clear intention to
co-create a nutritional curriculum with us. Our nursery
partners are motivated to go the extra mile, just as we are, to
be part of the health food movement we are spearheading.
Teachers:
We work closely with the teachers of our client nurseries to
train them on how best to approach mealtime in a way
that encourages children to try new foods.
Picky eaters benefit the most through our program!
Parents:
We provide regular workshops for parents of our client
nurseries, so they understand the program, including tips on
how to make the program work at home to make mealtime
stress-free and enjoyable for the entire family.
