ADVANCED PAYMENT

Advance payment is required for all meal plans with Schools and Nursery services where we provide our services. These programs can be applied for by parents of eligible schools through leelaslunches.com.

PAYMENTS

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies). Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY – SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Upon ordering and confirming your purchase, we do not provide the option to cancel the service during the term of the subscription. If you cancel your order, you must do so 48 hours in advance of the start date you have chosen. You may not cancel any orders less than 48 hours before expected delivery.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of delivery addresses, and Leelas Lunches Food Stuff Trading LLC shall have no liability or responsibility for any erroneous addresses. Please be aware that Leelas Lunches Food Stuff Trading LLC will do everything they can to meet the delivery time specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond their control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

During any product delivery, if the client is not available in the address specified in the system, the products ordered by the client shall not be delivered to anywhere else. Within the framework of such a case, the member must accept all legal responsibilities arising from ordering a product to an address where he/she does not exist.
